We finally got a letter from Peter last week. He was on Majuro for zone conference, to pick up supplies and his new companion. He was able to email us a couple of times while he was there. He seems very happy and enthused about missionary work. He said that when he arrived on Majuro that he saw himself in the mirror for the first time in 2 months and hardly recognized himself. He had shaved his head to keep from getting lice and was really tan. He also said that he had lost enough weight that he needed a new belt. He also told us that the missionaries help with the daily chore of husking coconuts and making copra (the stuff that makes lotion and shampoo smell like coconuts) he loves it since it is a job that takes some serious muscle. Sister Teichert sent me this picture today for mother's day and I was so glad to see him and his companion looking not only happy but healthy. The other picture is Peter's humble abode on Ailinglaplap he says he loves it!!!!
