Peter went to the Temple for Chris' Birthday

We had a very nice weekend in Ogden. Peter went through the temple on his dad's and grandpa's birthday. This is the first birthday Chris has celebrated without his dad and it made it a little easier to spend the morning in the temple. I am glad that we went to the Ogden Temple so that so much of our family could be with us. After the temple we had a birthday party BBQ at Grandma Margie's house. It was fun to see everyone and to watch the kids play.

Kevin and Chelsey had us over for dinner so Kevin could tell us all about the Marshall Islands. He served his mission in Majuro and now translates Conference into Marshallese.


Jake was our official grill man, he made some good burgers and polish sausage!

    It looks like it was an awesome day. I am still jealous of where Pete gets to go. What an awesome mission that is going to be. Congrats Pete and Chris...Your old...JK You've got me by only ten years. Not too bad.
