Jake had a quiet birthday. It was on a snowy Sunday and so the family we thought would be coming to join us were not able to make it. We got up early and let him open his presents before church (as you can see from the hair it was really early!) He got a new gym bag with warm ups, shorts and shoes inside. We are also going to go to a Jazz game as a family but can't fit it into the schedule until high school ball is over in March. After church Chris ordained him a teacher. He is very excited to prepare the sacrament and have added priesthood responsibilities. I'm very glad that he enjoys being a priesthood holder and that he takes it very seriously. We played card games and watched a movie and ate some very yummy german chocolate cake. It was a nice day being together and celebrating Jake!
